The building entrance is located through our parking lot. Once inside the building, go up the stairs through the set of doors and the salon entrance is to your right, next to the elevator.
Our parking lot entrance is located right after 215 Harding Street on the left hand side of the street. We validate parking down to $1 per hour up to 4 hours. Payment can be made at the gate when you exit the parking lot. Payment can be made with a card or apple pay, cash is not accepted.
On street parking is also available on Harding Street or Water Street for up to 2 hours. You can conveniently pay using the passport parking app. or through the kiosks located on the sidewalks. The kiosks accept cash or card.
When you arrive for your appointment, you may have a seat and relax in our waiting area. Your stylist will be anticipating your arrival and will greet you for your appointment when they are finished with their previous client.
We do not utilize front desk staff. We all communicate with our clients independently. The best way to book an appointment is to contact the stylist directly or to use their online booking system. If you are unsure of which stylist to see you can call or email the salon and we will have a stylist reach out to book your appointemnt.
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request a 24-hour notice to maintain sustainability of our small business. Clients who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee for the full price of their services booked, regardless of the reason. Stylists at their own discretion may change their individual policies at any time. Please refer to their individual policies to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Children are welcome to have their hair styled at Rena + Co. however, when they do not have an appointment we ask that you make alternate arrangements for them so we can focus 100% on you.
